Our funding is flexible and tailored to fit your schedule of works, being able to be drawn down in multiple tranches to keep financing costs to a minimum. Our funding further helps your financing costs and cash-flow by allowing you to keep significant funds from sales.  Additionally, we can work with our funding partners to lend larger amounts and at higher LTVs.
